Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within that span of time to let you know your order is on the way. This email will contain a tracking number as well as an order number. Please check the tracking number to see the status of your order.

$50+ FREE SHIPPING: 

On all orders over $50+ (unless a product prohibits such shipping in which case it will be mentioned in the description of the product) you will receive a standard shipping option for free. This option will pop up automatically at check out if your order meets the requirements. This offer is subject to change.

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Domestic Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This calculated option can be more or less than exact rates due to package box size differences during calculation.

For International Shipping we go by a flat rate system. You will be charged a certain cost depending on the weight of your package. This cost reflects an estimated overall international shipping cost by us, and actual shipping rates may be more or less depending on the country you are from. We go by an estimate to simplify the process. This estimate also takes into account shipping and handling costs. Canada and Mexico flat rate costs are cheaper due to proximity to us. The carrier and shipping service we use will be left to our discretion and may vary by country. International shipping typically takes 7–21 business days. Some destinations may experience delays up to 4 weeks due to customs and local delivery conditions

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cold Foil Heroes is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

For International Orders, we will not intentionally under-declare the value of a package or declare the package as a gift for the express purpose of avoiding import duties, fees, and/or taxes.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 48 hours after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ColdFoilHeroes@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
